Francis and the Lights – A Modern Promise

They are led by Francis Farewell Starlite. They sold out the Bowery Ballroom on Feb. 5th. Their short record A Modern Promise is now available at amodernpromise.com, where Francis performs his song The Top on 35mm film.

The ‘lights’ in the name refers to stage lights, and modern electricity in general.
